Where can I buy tickets?
Advance booking offices
The exhibition and congress centre does not have its own ticket office. Entrance tickets can be obtained from all the usual advance booking offices, e.g. from
"Ticket to Go" (directly at the Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland)

Tickets can be booked online for all events; these are processed by Eventim, the largest ticket sales centre in Germany, where it is also possible to book directly via the seating plan.
As a special service, it is possible to purchase online tickets for selected events. You can book from the comfort of your own home via ticket.direct. With ticket.direkt you also have the option to attend an event with a traditional paper ticket. You can print out your tickets immediately after purchase, which also means that it is possible to purchase tickets shortly before an event.

Is it possible to return pre-paid tickets?
What happens if I lose my ticket before the event?
Tickets are viewed as cash and can therefore not be re-issued, so please look after your tickets carefully. Damaged tickets may also lose their validity, so please keep your tickets in a safe place!
What can I do if an event is cancelled, and I've already puchased tickets?
Generally, tickets may only be returned where they were originally purchased.
Who determines the ticket prices, and which blocks and seats are sold in advance?
The event manager of each particular event is responsible for the seating as well as the pricing of the tickets.

May I bring my own food and drink to the events?
It is not permitted to bring any food or drink onto the premises. Exceptions are made for those individuals who need to bring their own food or drink for medical reasons, who have written permission from a doctor or a document stating the same. Food for babies and small children is also permitted.
Is food and drink available at the Exhibition and Congress Centre?
We offer a variety of different refreshments. Information about refreshments and the restaurant can be found under catering.
Is there a cloakroom where I can hand in my jacket / coat?
There are several cloakrooms at the Exhibition and Congress Centre Halle Münsterland. Here you can hand in your personal items for €2.
Is there a lost property desk for objects that have gone missing?
Should you have lost something, please contact the following number, where all lost property is stored, on the next working day: Tel. 0251-6600 0.
When do the doors open to the public?
Doors open to the public usually one and a half hours before an event commences. Depending on the organiser, this may vary. Admission is granted on the basis of a valid ticket which loses its validity upon leaving the Exhibition and Congress Centre Halle Münsterland.
Are photos or filming permitted during an event?
The use of audio and video recording equipment or photographic and film cameras is not permitted. The recording of sound, images, descriptions or event results - even parts thereof - and the transfer of such in any form including via the Internet or any other media to other persons for private or public use is forbidden.
May I smoke in the Exhibition and Congress Centre Halle Münsterland?
No, smoking is not permitted.
